Our Process
Turning your home into the space of your dreams requires clear communication, attention to detail, and trust. Here’s what you can expect when you partner with us:
1. Initial Contact & Appointment
After reaching out to us, we will schedule a 5-10 minute discussion about your project goals, timeline, and budget. If we determine that we are a good fit and can build your project with emphasis on the things that matter most to you, we'll schedule a consultation at your home or project site.
2. Consultation
During our visit, we'll review any design or plans you have, discuss the scope of work, desired materials, and answer any questions. If you don't have a design, we can assist with creating one or recommend trusted professionals to help bring your vision to life and ensure the best possible outcome for your project.
3. Estimation & Planning
Once a design is finalized, we take precise measurements and begin crafting a detailed estimate. We will create a clear scope of work and determine a project price that aligns with your budget. Additionally, we establish a timeline to ensure the project is completed efficiently and on schedule.
4. Approval & Scheduling
After you approve the scope of work and price, we'll sign the contract and collect a deposit. Your project is then scheduled, and we provide a timeline for completion, including key milestones. We maintain open communication throughout to ensure the project stays on track and meets expectations.
5. Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, you'll meet with our project manager to ensure everything is in order, review final details, and address any concerns. We’ll confirm plans are clear, timelines are set, and all your questions are answered. This meeting ensures a smooth start and alignment on expectations and goals.
6. Execution & Completion
We pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring your project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Payments will be due at specified milestones, with the final payment required upon project completion.
